Week of March 1-5

Hi everyone,


Here is the schedule for the upcoming week. Grades are below.



8th grade computers
Continuing to type letters and beginning the review process. Only two more weeks left until the end of the quarter and this class.



Business concepts
Continuing learning about taxes. All homework should be completed in class this week and no tests are planned.



Web page 2
Students will start a project which involves all of the Dreamweaver concepts we have learned thus far.

Week of February 22-26

Hi everyone,

Here is this week's schedule. I'll post grades later in the week.

8th grade computers
Continue typing memos and introduce personal-business letters.

Business concepts
Test on Monday over careers. We will begin discussing taxes on Tuesday. All homework should be completed in class this week.

Week of February 15-19

Hi everyone,

I have a huge amount of grading to work on over the long weekend, so I will post grades sometime Tuesday or Wednesday after I have entered that information. Here is the overview of this week's schedule:

8th grade computers
Introducing and typing memos all week.

Business concepts
Finishing up chapter 9 over careers. The study guide packet will be due at the beginning of the hour on Thursday. We will review on Friday and have a test over the chapter on Monday.

Students will be working on an individual project using AP elements.

Hi everyone,

Here is the upcoming week's schedule:

8th grade computers

Finishing up lessons out of the book this week. Next, we will move on to typing actual documents.

Business concepts

We will start a chapter about careers and finding a job this week. We will cover how to fill out applications, go on interviews, and behave while on the job. All work this week will be completed in class. No test this week.

We will begin a chapter about AP elements and students will create a website for a museum using these elements.
